I didn't get my sign-in code. Codes arrive by text message and expire after 10 minutes. Wait 30 seconds and request a new one; only the newest code works.
How do I cancel or change an appointment? Open My Visits in the app. You can cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment; closer than that, send a message through the app and we'll sort it out.
How do I change how I get reminders? Tap the gear icon in the app and choose push notifications or text messages.
How do I delete my account? Settings (gear icon) → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, messages, and upcoming appointments.
